My practice focuses on preserving clients' businesses, homes and assets. I strive to provide substantial value at reasonable rates. My goal is to accomplish clients' goals cost effectively while using all appropriate tools to do so.
I have been practicing law since 1989, graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1986 and Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1989. I have represented many clients over the years, including banks and lenders. I co-chaired the Business Reorganization, Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice of a mid-size Cleveland law firm, and chaired the firm's Banking practice. I have authored many articles and spoken at many seminars on financial law issues. Negotiations are the foundation of my practice, but bankruptcy and litigation will be used when necessary.
I have worked hard to save clients over $80,000,000 over the last 10 years, mostly outside of bankruptcy. I have saved many businesses and homes, and protected millions of dollars in assets. I consider it a privilege to work with clients and make their problems my problems.
